Being a Customer Support Representative at Innovair Solutions means putting your talents to good use in a context where customer support is primordial to meeting their needs, and interactions with various departments are an integral part of daily life.
Your responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails for information requests and basic questions about our services and products.
- Provide technical support for our products and information to all our customers.
- Support our customers' installers during installation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate in the development of engaging and informative content, with a focus on simplifying technical processes for end-users.
- Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency of internal services and processes.
Your profile:
- Ability or interest in electricity or a related discipline.
- Two (2) years' relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills.
- Good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability or interest in technical fields (heat pumps).
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment.
