Williams Lake Health Centre has an exciting opportunity for a relief full time Administrative Services Assistant Supervisor to join their team! Hours of work are Monday to Friday, Days from 08:30 to 16:30.

What will you work on:
As an Administrative Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior staff and ensuring the seamless operation of administrative services. You will lead and supervise a dedicated team of Administrative Services staff across the region, providing guidance, coordination, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, preparing correspondence and reports, monitoring expenditures, and contributing to policy and procedure development. You will also oversee staffing levels, provide training, and ensure consistent adherence to organizational standards. Qualfications
• Grade 12
• Graduation from a recognized Office Administration Certificate Program, Plus
• Three (3) years related administrative experience; Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Completion of a typing test at 40 wpm dated within the past 24 months and must be issued from a recognized institution only. (NON-SUPERVISED TESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED)
• Current valid BC Driver’s License
