The Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C., is looking for Casual Cooks to join their team! We are looking for team members with a flexible schedule who are available to work rotating day shifts (including weekends and holidays when required). The casual shifts of this position include all of the following hours:
05:30 to 13:40, 06:20 to 14:20, 07:00 to 15:00, 10:00 to 18:10
**This is a Casual opportunity. Casual means there are no guaranteed hours and work requirements can vary from 0 - 37.5 hours per week.**
What Will You Work On?
This Cook position performs duties related to the preparation and cooking of food items; portioning and serving food, washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils and designated cooking/work stations.

Education, Training and Experience:
• Graduation from a recognized 12-month program in quantity cooking or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of this position.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
