Interior Health is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography/Interventional Radiology Technologist to join Vernon Jubilee Hospital Medical Imaging Department. This position is a permanent part time (0.74 FTE). This position requires a trained CT and X-Ray Technologist to perform both modalities

What Will You Work On?
Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader, and under the direction of a Radiologist, performs special procedures such as computer tomography (CT), and/or interventional, as designated. Assists the Radiologists during procedure, inputs patient specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS and provides direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees.

Qualfications
• Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program plus successful completion of a recognized program such as Computer Tomography to the designated specialty area.
• Two (2) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
