Position Summary
Interior Health is seeking a Permanent Full Time Section Head - General Radiology, Mammography to join the team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital. Located in beautiful Cranbrook, EKRH provides core medical and surgical specialty services to patients throughout its service area.

What Will You Work On?
Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader, this position is responsible for the direction, supervision, coordination, evaluation, planning and monitoring of the General Radiology and Mammography departments in accordance with Interior Health Medical Imaging goals and directions. Acts as an expert clinical resource to staff and students working in these sections.

Qualfications
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Radiological Technology program plus successful completion of a recognized program such as Radiography / Mammography relevant to the designated specialty area;
• Three (3) years recent related experience within General Radiology Mammography including one year of supervisory/management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
• Certificate in Breast Imaging (Diagnostic and Screening); and
• Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
