Position Summary
We are seeking a Casual Medical Device Reprocessing Technician at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, BC.
Days of work: Rotating, Days, Evenings
Shift times: 06:30 to 14:30, 12:00 to 20:24, 07:30 to 15:54, 08:00 to 16:24, 09:00 to 15:24

What will you work on?
If you are a motivated and reliable Medical Device Reprocessing Technician with attention to detail and strong communication skills we would love to hear from you.
As a member of the Medical Device Reprocessing Team, you will perform a series of detailed technical duties related to the decontamination, sterilization, reassembly, function testing and distribution of medical and/or surgical supplies and instruments for various areas of the hospital. In addition to performing related clerical duties and record keeping.

Located in the southeastern corner of British Columbia, Cranbrook is the business capital of the East Kootenays and the largest city in the Rocky Mountain Region. • Grade 12
• Successful completion of a recognized Sterile Supply Processing course.
• One year’s recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
