About the Job
As the Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will work autonomously within our supportive and cohesive team environment, providing vital Lab services to patients at the Elk Valley Hospital and clients in the community. This is a generalist Core Lab position and offers an excellent opportunity to hone independent practice and self-direction within our small and varied laboratory - basic chemistry, transfusion medicine, hematology and blood bank.

This is a Permanent Full Time (1.00) opportunity.

Qualfications
• Graduation from an approved Medical Laboratory Science Program
• Current certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) and eligible for membership with the BC Society of Laboratory Sciences (BCSLS) and/or CSMLS
• One (1) year recent related experience
