About the job:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologists at Interior Health Authority, perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with departmental policies. Duties include preparing patients for examination, operating nuclear medicine equipment, monitoring patient during procedures, preparing, dispensing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, performing routine quality control tests on imaging equipment, monitoring area utilizing appropriate detection devices and disposing of radioactive substances and contaminated items by following established guidelines.

Qualfications
Graduate of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program.
Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
