Position Summary
We are seeking to expand the Medical Imaging team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH) in Cranbrook, B.C., and invite applications from Nuclear Medicine Technologists!
Casual employment means work requirements can vary between Zero and 37.5 hours per week. Work will be available on a short-notice, on-call bases and/or blocks of shifts pre-scheduled to relieve leaves of absences. Shift types for this position will be rotating Days, with the shift times being 06:30 to 14:30, 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 08:30 to 16:30
What Will You Work On?
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at EKRH you be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to inpatients and outpatients. Our department includes a full radiopharmacy and stress lab. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist you will also be responsible for performing Bone Densitometry.
How Will You Create Impact?
The Nuclear Medicine department at EKRH recently went through a complete department renovation with the addition of a brand new SPECT/CT camera. This addition will change the face of healthcare for the entire East Kootenay region and its residents being able to provide diagnostic results closer to home.

Qualfications
Successful completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program recognized by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
Current certification with CAMRT.
