Position Summary
Shuswap Lake General Hospital located in Salmon Arm, B.C., has an immediate permanent part-time (0.59 FTE) Physiotherapist opening. This position works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 08:30-16:30.

Applicable positions may qualify for up to $20,000 as a recruitment incentive

About the position:

Physiotherapists play a crucial part in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to patients and/or their caregivers. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you make a substantial contribution to promote functional independence and enable patients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes.

SLGH is Level 2 Community Hospital in the Thompson Cariboo Shuswap health service area. Located in Salmon Arm, between Kamloops and Revelstoke, the hospital offers services including surgical, inpatient, obstetrics and 24-hour emergency.

Qualfications
• Full registration as a Physical Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
• Valid BC Driver’s license where required
