Position Summary
Joining us at South Okanagan General Hospital you’ll play a pivotal role within a multi-disciplinary team setting. In this role care is focused on rehabilitation and recovery to clients in acute care and/or outpatient settings. Days of work are Monday to Friday; 08:00 to 16:00 hours.
Applicable positions may qualify for up to $20,000 as a recruitment incentive plus eligibility for relocation allowance.

About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our warm and welcoming team in Oliver, B.C. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical status, functional abilities, and goals, utilizing an evidence-based approach to develop and implement tailored treatment plans. Your expertise will focus on improving, maintaining, or supporting clients’ physical performance and independence. As part of a collaborative team, you will educate clients and caregivers on self-management and injury prevention, while working to achieve optimal health outcomes through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment strategies. You’ll offer guidance and direction to rehabilitation assistants, ensuring that specific care needs are met and functions are transferred appropriately for optimal client outcomes.

Qualfications
- Full registration as a Physical Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
- Valid Driver’s License where required.
