As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program, working closely with older adults.
How you can make a difference:
As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents to/from their programs, executing engaging leisure/recreation therapy activities, and facilitating customized group sessions (social, physical, spiritual, etc.), as well as one-to-one programs. Your keen observations of resident progress and behavior will be crucial in providing valuable feedback to the Supervisor/Recreation Therapist, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.

Qualfications
• Grade 12
• Completion of a recognized recreation course(s) plus two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid class 4 vehicle license required.
