How you will make a difference:
As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you will play a vital role in implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents to/from their programs, organizing engaging leisure and recreation therapy activities, and facilitating group sessions tailored to the diverse needs of our residents (social, physical, spiritual, etc.). Additionally, you'll be involved in one-to-one programs, fostering a personalized approach to resident care. Reporting directly to the Supervisor/Recreation Therapist, you will provide valuable insights into resident progress, behavior, and contribute suggestions for program improvements.
