Position Summary
Joining us at Swan Valley Lodge (SVL), you’ll a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assisting therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.
Earn $30.96 per hour working as a qualified Rehabilitation Assistant.

About the job:
Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the rehabilitation team, you make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident needs and their rehabilitation journey. This position will provide coverage until return of incumbent (date unknown). Shifts times are rotating: 08:00 to 14:45; 08:00 to 16:00.
- Within this role, a Rehabilitation Assistant:
- Is encouraged to work at top of scope.
- Engages patients with regular therapeutic interventions.
- Has a huge impact on progression of patient needs and their rehab journey.
- Is an intrical member of the rehabilitation team.
- Is relied on to be the eyes and ears of the rehab team.

Qualfications
• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
