Position Summary
Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) is seeking a Permanent Part Time (0.70 FTE) Medical Radiation Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to join the Medical Imaging Department. Shift types will be rotating Days, Evenings and Nights with the shift times being 06:00 to 14:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 07:00 to 15:00, 11:45 to 19:45, 07:45 to 15:45, 14:00 to 22:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 00:00, 08:30 to 16:30, 23:00 to 07:00. This is a float position and will work a variety of shifts.

What Will You Work On?
Our MRTs perform X-ray exams in a multi-disciplinary setting to clients within a variety of inpatient settings, including, but not limited to: ICU, ED, OR and PAR. This position includes work within the Satellite Imaging department, with the majority of the work being for Emergency patients.

Qualfications
Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.
Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
