Key Responsibilities

• Professional, focused, positive and show empathy to customers/prospects and colleagues
• Strong Computer skills, namely web-based systems and Internet and must be an expert in ACT, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (email, calendar, and tasks)

Requirements:

• Appointment setting experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working in the Commercial Cleaning industry would be preferred but not required
• Own your vehicule

Compensation: Commission-based. For the first 3 months: a fixed salary of $52,000 per year, after which compensation will be commission-based. Any commissions earned above the salary base during the first 3 months will be paid in addition to the salary and will not be subject to repayment if lower during that period.
