Location: Gatineau Qc
Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
Availability: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in customer service or a related field

What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a smile
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement
Stay proactive in identifying customer needs and recommending services
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
