The Role:
As a Home Delivery Coordinator, you will be a key part of the JYSK team, ensuring our customers receive their purchases on time and in excellent condition. You will oversee the home delivery process, coordinate with logistics partners, and maintain clear customer communication to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily home delivery schedules with logistics partners to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and JYSK retail colleagues to confirm delivery times and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor delivery progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and in-store teams to ensure orders are accurate and ready for dispatch.
- Manage delivery documentation, including invoices and proof of delivery records.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local delivery regulations.
- Coordinate and maintain scheduling vehicle maintenance.
- Pick and organize daily products for delivery drivers.

What you bring to the role:
- Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and delivery management software.
- A customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local delivery logistics is a plus.

Additional InformationGenerally, the wage for this role is between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
