You will ensure the training, evaluation, and supervision of personnel while fostering a collaborative environment focused on customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in monitoring internal and client infrastructures and ensuring the application of security policies. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and actively listen to understand the needs of both clients and the team.



Job Description

In this IT Team Lead role, under the supervision of the IT department, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervise and oversee the helpdesk team.
  • Ensure the follow-up and assignment of tickets based on team skills.
  • Provide basic technical support and collaborate on Office 365 solutions.
  • Participate in the implementation of monitoring solutions and management best practices.
  • Coordinate and communicate project requirements, resources, and deadlines.
  • Plan and prepare interventions, and diagnose technical issues.
  • Implement and monitor security policies and manage certifications.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

Expérience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel.
  • Fluency in French (written, spoken, comprehension) is essential. English is an asset, as some clients are English-speaking only.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Linux.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Cloud solutions (Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure).

Personal Qualities :

  • Inspiring leadership and the ability to foster collaboration.
  • Ability to handle pressure in complex situations.
  • Strong skills in explaining technical concepts to clients.
  • Autonomy and effective priority management.
