All candidates for any position at Koinonia@Home must be in agreement with our Statement of Faith and Moral Conduct Policy. Candidates must also provide a clean criminal record and child welfare information system check.

Demonstrate strong Christian values and a vibrant Christian faith
Ability to make Biblical values integral to school life and integrate them into all subject matter
Understanding of special needs and individualized learning strategies for students
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and team members in a professional learning community
Willingness to contribute to school extra-curriculars, fundraisers, and events
Able to design effective strategies to meet students' diverse learning needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education
Alberta Interim or Permanent Teaching Certificate or Letter of Authority
Adherence to the Koinonia Christian Education Society Statement of Faith, without reservation
Canadian resident
Applicants for a teaching role in KCSRD are required to submit the following documents:

Personal testimony of salvation
Your philosophy of education
Two references or letters of reference including one from a pastor
Transcripts or evaluations if available
