Overview

As the Coordinator – Advisory Learning, you will provide operational and front-line support to ensure smooth offering of national learning opportunities, including curated eLearning pathway, content libraries, and instructor-led learning. You will join a small but growing team within the Advisory Centre that has a national, cross-Advisory stakeholder group and collaborates with cross-functional learning teams.


What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for learners and other stakeholders, including sharing course information and updated learning opportunities.
  • Support the Advisory Learning team’s execution on learning projects/programs and activities that support the businesses strategic direction through stakeholder consultation, project management and logistical support.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for Raise Your Game, a national Advisory flagship program aimed at developing a consistently high performing team with strong consulting capability:
  • Maintain training calendar, course content/material and training records, including compliance tracking.
  • Send training communications, pre- and post-training materials, tracking attendance, waitlists, cancellations and compilation of class evaluations.
  • Complete data entry in LMS and coordinate with Learning Technology team.
  • Administrate, report and analyze data and learning trends in the LMS and on learning vendor platforms to capture and demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of learning projects and activities.
  • Coordinate all scheduling logistics for in-persona and virtual classroom training, liaise with presenters/facilitators and provide technical and administrative support.
  • Other operational work as required.

What you bring to the role

  • You have a college degree, Bachelors preferred.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a front-line or support role in a complex organization.
  • You have had accountability for records, basic reporting, and keeping information up-to-date.
  • You are exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • You are proficient with Office365 and have core skills in Excel.
  • Experience with learning management systems is an asset.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information   

The expected base salary range for this position is $43,00 to $59,900 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
