The Opportunity

 

The Learning deployment manager is responsible for providing a full range of consistent deployment support that includes Learning Technology Ecosystem (LTE) consultations and end-to-end deployment activities for Global L&D learning solutions. Learning solutions may be released on one or more of the following platforms within the LTE and deployment such as content management and release support via CMS, GLMS, Virtual classroom platforms (including videos), Degreed and MTM. Activities include development of collection sites and pages, creation of evaluation links and reporting thereof, deployment support for Train-the-facilitator sessions (TTFs), virtual classrooms (VC) and instructor-led training (ILT), including all pre and post launch activities.


What you will do

  • Understands the business needs and priorities identified by Strategic Business Partners (SBPs) for deployment of learning solutions across the Learning Technology Ecosystem (LTE) for content management, ILT TTFs, eLearning, videos, pathways and VC learning solutions deployment.
  • Provides support for reporting requirements from the associated content platforms for scheduled and on demand reports.
  • Provides guidance and direction to supporting content management resources on the upload process of all Global L&D learning solutions to ensure items follow a consistent defined Global L&D hierarchy and related tagging and naming conventions that are critical for Global L&D reporting.
  • Creates issue logs for platform issues and liaises with the appropriate Global People sub-teams (Digital HR, Talent analytics & insights, etc.), to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manages mailbox queries related to content queries, deployment support and acts as the primary point-of-contact for triaging to project and deployment leads.
  • Collaborates with ITS and Digital HR on testing activities related to content release platforms in the LTE.

 


What you bring to the role

  • 3–5 years experience deploying learning solutions across a variety of content management platforms with a focus on business improvement and operations in a global, complex matrix environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Strong ability to grasp technical knowledge to understand platforms, technology and applications
  • Multi-tasker with coordination, planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deliverables.
  • Ability to manage competing deliverables
  • Working with virtual stakeholders and team members in various time zones
