Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing

Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

 

This position falls within the Global Digital Marketing department and oversees the responsibilities of two groups. One group is tasked with providing support to all 140+ Member Firms and regions with Digital Marketing products and services, including all national websites under KPMG.com and many other centralized products and services. The other group handles all digital marketing activities on KPMG.com and other digital channels for KPMG International.

 


What you will do

  • Work with Global marketing groups aligned to functions, (eg. Tax, Audit)and sectors, (eg. Energy, Financial Services), as well as priority areas, (eg. ESG, AI), to review campaign objects, develop strategies for the delivery of digital marketing initiatives and drive multi-channel recommendations.  
  • Create digital channel campaign execution plans across web, email and paid channels  (eg. SEM).
  • Manage quarterly and yearly campaign reporting for senior audiences.
  • Present and communicate campaign results to stakeholders with proactive recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with member firm digital and marketing teams to drive adoption of Global campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams at KPMG and with external vendors.
  • Be recognized as a clear subject matter expert in digital marketing with consistent demonstration of operational knowledge of KPMG digital tools and products.

What you bring to the role

  • Total of 8-10 years + of business experience with a minimum of eight years of experience working with online content and a minimum of five years of work experience in the development and management of B2B content
  • A strategic thinker with a mature understanding of digital best practices and B2B omnichannel management
  • Experience in managing paid channels, including SEM and social media
  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international) marketing programs – experience of working in a professional services environment will be a distinct advantage
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders. Experience of the above in a global, matrix context would be preferred
  • Experience developing multi-platform campaigns with a focus on digital channels
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree preferably in a digital marketing or equivalent work experience
