What you will do

Social media management:

  • Be the point person for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram platforms at the provincial level and also with teams at the national level
  • Develop the calendar and content for all social media based on KPMG's highlights and news in Quebec.
  • Write all publications including those of the managing partner, function heads (audit, tax, and advisory) and some internal influencers.
  • Work closely with design teams to create visuals: memes, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Be proactive in proposing tactics to activate based on objectives, platforms, and targets.
  • Respond to messages sent by members of our communities
  • Address messages received through platforms by coordinating their dissemination with the relevant internal teams.
  • Interact with subscribers, respond to comments and mentions, and proactively stimulate engagement.
  • Provide LinkedIn training so that each employee becomes an ambassador for the firm.
  • Create content plans for specific campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Produce reports on a monthly basis as well as once a month
  • Respond to messages sent by members of our communities.  
  • Ensure follow-up to messages received through platforms and process the requests

Digital communication - acquisition

  • Support companies acquired by KPMG in updating their information:
  • Update the website according to precise standards
  • Close the company profile page on Google
  • Update the company page and employee profiles on LinkedIn

Monthly internal newsletter:

  • Develop the project plan
  • Determine the topics
  • Write the content
  • Organize the various approval stages
  • Perform the assembly
  • Coordinate with the external agency for sending
  • Perform performance analysis after each shipment as well as once per quarter

Monitoring & Inspiration

  • Manage and animate the organization's social media and ensure outstanding follow-up with communities by responding to private messages, moderating comments
  • Be on the lookout for trends and news so that we stay ahead of the game.

What you bring to the role

  • Undergraduate degree in communication or marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Mastery of the main social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube in a professional context and mastery of their respective language code.
  • Expertise in creating content dedicated to social media, photos, videos, stories, text, and writing short and long content for the web
  • Proven ability to define strategies supporting business objectives.
  • Perfect mastery of French in writing and speaking, good knowledge of English in writing and speaking to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec and to also draft content in both languages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized ability to establish relationships with various stakeholders, excellent organizational and project management skills
