We are currently seeking an individual with customer service experience, preferably in the floral industry, or a strong passion for flowers.

Responsabilities:

The primary responsibilities include handling incoming orders via phone and entering them into our point-of-sale system, addressing inquiries about our products and website, processing web orders, assisting walk-in clients with selecting and assembling bouquets, as well as working with the flowers themselves. Crucially, we are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively within a team and provide friendly service to our valued clientele.

Job Type / Category:

We are offering a permanent part-time position, requiring 18-24 hours per week, for a general florist role. The ability to work Saturdays is essential.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in data entry
  • Sales experience and comfort with handling phone inquiries
  • Preferably, some background in the floral industry

Floral Design Skills: Possessing skills in designing and assembling floral compositions, whether it's bouquets, centerpieces, or special arrangements.

Allergy Sensitivity: Being aware of potential allergies of customers and taking appropriate precautions when handling flowers.
