We are looking for a person to fill a cook position aboard one of our tugs working in Eastern Canada and used on various projects such as the mobilization of barges or dredges, ship escort, oversized marine transportation, etc.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:

• Provide the supply necessary for the trip and make orders accordingly.
• Set menus.
• Ensure the preparation of meals for the crew.
• Comply with the standards in health and safety on board a ship.
• Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.

OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE HAS:

• Have completed the course Marine Emergency Duties (MED)
• Hold a Ship’s Cook certificate or a  food service diploma or relevant experience on a ship
• Knowledge of the standards of safety and health on board a ship
• Available to travel with the ship depending on projects in Canada.
