Ledcor is seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong background in design-build projects, particularly in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) or healthcare sectors.Our construction division is embarking on an exciting long-term initiative: a child healthcare facility with a projected schedule spanning the next four years. In this role, you will manage and support various aspects of document control and design coordination, working closely with operations and project teams at all levels. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring smooth processes and successful project execution.

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage design and construction documentation, maintaining a comprehensive and organized record.
- Coordinate the design processes from the preliminary stages to construction.
- Assist in managing RFIs (Requests for Information), change management processes, and technical reviews.
- Assist in the setup and management of processes to track the design and contract requirements
- Perform design compliance reviews against contract requirements
- Facilitate integration of utility services into the overall project design.
- Assist in managing the design schedule, ensuring alignment with master project timelines.
- Ensure standardized methodologies and best practices are applied to processes.
- Collaborate with the project team to monitor progress and address any challenges.
- Utilize innovative technologies and tools to streamline design and documentation processes.
- Support construction teams in resolving issues during the construction phase.
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental standards through safe design practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in design-build or project coordination roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in both verbal and written interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is an asset.
- Knowledge of core construction office processes, including project setup, subcontract management, change management, RFIs, and project closeout.
- Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently using standard procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare or ICI project environments is a strong asset.

Compensation
$62,400 - $85,800 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
