Job Summary:

You are an experienced Telecommunications Financial Analyst who will look to solve complex client problems through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions. You will perform tasks that will involve monitoring, reporting, and analysis on the organization’s financial and operational performance. This includes monitoring trends, performing cost and KPI analyses, and identifying potential risks and process gaps. You will manage internal stakeholders in a positive, service-oriented way, building strong relationships and demonstrating adaptability to bring value to teams by making business improvement recommendations to leadership.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Three to five years of consulting experience (with preference for a financial or business analytics background)

• Will be working in a dynamic and results-oriented environment while engaging in multiple concurrent projects
• Focuses on improving productivity using orderly and efficient processes and procedures
• Will re-prioritize based on business demands coupled with a strong sense of urgency
• Will exhibit conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify the financial and operations levers for improving key processes and structures
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate with a remote team
• Intermediate to advanced skill knowledge of MS Office suite
• Knowledge of Power BI would be preferable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a similar area of study
• Three to five years of business improvement, business transformation, or financial analytics experience
• Telecommunications experience would be preferred with an emphasis on operational efficiency

• Preference given to candidates with management consulting experience from a large professional consulting practice
• A collaborative, confident, and assertive style with the ability to build strong relationships and employ influencing strategies to gain support and achieve results

Work Conditions:

• This position has remote flexibility
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% both domestic and international
