Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Continuously innovate to meet and anticipate the needs of our existing and potential clients, including active prospecting for new clients.
• Sales Management: Capture sales opportunities to boost the company’s growth.
• Customer Service: Analyze and understand customer needs to provide tailored advice and ensure optimal satisfaction.
• Administrative Management: Prepare commercial offers and invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
• Complaints Management: Efficiently handle customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in online or telephone sales, with a particular focus on prospecting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with computer tools and digital sales platforms.
• Result-oriented and committed to quality service.
• Bilingual in French and English.
