YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The road sales representative is responsible for travelling to different regions to meet customers, present products and close sales, while building long-term partnership relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contact and meet with customers to provide information, promote business opportunities, and identify their needs
  • Recommend and promote Trovac products and services, demonstrating their features and benefits to overcome objections and close sales
  • Respond to customer emails and calls and ensure constant follow-up and document all communication in the CRM
  • Follow up on website and supplier recommendations, and prepare quotations for inquiries
  • Assist administration and operations departments with retailer issues, and help organize trade shows and promotional activities
  • Enter orders and ensure follow-up for dealers
  • Actively participate in team meetings, workshops and training sessions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an on-the-road sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingualism is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and comfortable with frequent travel
  • Results-oriented, with proven ability to identify business opportunities
  • Excellent customer service skills, dynamic, energetic and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent stress management, multitasking and organizational skills, able to adapt to variable schedules
