Payroll Specialist – Montreal (Hybrid)
Our client, a payroll outsourcing company, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. If you have experience managing payroll for multiple clients and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Administer payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll complies with federal and provincial regulations.
- Year-End Processes: Prepare T4s, Relevé 1, and year-end reconciliations.
- Deductions & Benefits: Manage statutory deductions, benefits, and remittances.
- Client Support: Provide expert payroll advice and resolve inquiries.
- System Updates: Maintain payroll records and implement updates as needed.
- 3-5 years of payroll experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced payroll setting.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations and year-end processes.
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Nethris, UKG).
- Bilingual (English & French).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple deadlines.
