Role

The role of Building maintenance worker is to maintain the building

Responsibilities

Know and comply at all times with applicable quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations and company policies
Carry out maintenance and painting work, repair and maintain carpentry, finishing walls, ceilings, floors and other works using wood, metal or other materials, if applicable
Assist external tradesmen, when necessary
Replace and adjust door, window and interior and exterior hardware
Maintain and repair fixed and mobile furniture (boxes, chests, cupboards, bookcases, etc.)
Plastering dry wall and prepare surfaces to be painted
Remove factory trash, grime, large debris and other scrap
Focus and perform minor repairs to plumbing systems, electrical systems and device
