As a Supervisor, Client Services you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of employees, workflow, client service, occupational health and safety, and resources within your assigned locations. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and procedures. Working environment includes office-time plus regularly scheduled travel to assigned locations and client visits.

Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license, access to own vehicle and must be willing to travel to other locations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of employees at site(s).
- Ensuring scheduling requirements; grants all time off requests and overtime shifts; authorizing all schedule changes; preparing quarterly sick report review.
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, discipline and terminations, attendance and performance management, training/development, and coaching.
- Preparing documentation for group benefits and returns to work.
- Setting departmental SMART goals; working with the team to achieve goals.
- Participating in meetings with Human Resources and local Union representatives to investigate grievances and other employee issues as required.
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with local Union representatives, if required.
- Monitoring and following-up on key metrics (PWT, Prod, NPS).
- Conducting Operations review.
- Ensuring alignment with supply chain management objectives.
- Preparing for IQMH/DAP audits.
- Conducting complex NCE investigations and providing follow-up; providing guidance and support for routine NCE investigations.
- Providing technical support for quality checklists/logs.
- Monitoring employee files and creating incident logs.
- Monitoring scorecards for vacation coverage.
- Providing support for major work orders/repairs, janitorial contracts.
- Providing approval for expenses.
- Managing assigned projects and attending required meetings.
- Providing appropriate onboarding and orientation to new hires.
- Conducting rolling closures.
- Providing support for Incident investigations/Medgate.
- Supporting RTW planning.
What you bring to the role:
- High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
- 3-5 years leadership experience managing a team and function, Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and fluent on all Microsoft applications.
- Phlebotomy skills, Home Care and/or Data Sort experience.
- Understanding of PSC functions, administrative skills.
- Scheduling experience & extensive front-end knowledge
- Strong leadership qualities, demonstrating strong communication skills and good punctuality.
- Strong understanding of the importance in meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and understands requirements for QRA and EHS compliance.
- As needed, may be required to perform phlebotomy, and undergo an annual competency assessment.
