Return to Office: As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office.

What You'll Do:

This role provides an opportunity to support the Manager, Agency Operations of Grocery Retail. An incredible opportunity to learn and contribute to the in-house agency who works on Canada’s most beloved brands including retail brands Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore and Real Canadian Liquor store, to name a few. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and input while supporting on admin, project management and process optimizations and other duties such as research as required. You will have an opportunity to develop your understanding of and how to manage operations for agency functions, including working with cross functions teams such as creative, brand partners and including our Social and Media partners.

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful with the ability to take initiative and make recommendations

  • Enthusiastic personality with ability to rally the team around a common goal

  • Organized and able to move quickly within a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships

  • Resourceful, self-starter and proactive

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

What You’ve Done:

  • Demonstrated passion/experience for business within account or project management

  • Passionate about marketing and advertising

  • Proven ability to think about process, efficiency and how workflow can be more efficient and effective

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
