Coffee Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the full preparation of the Cafe department;
• To provide customers with excellent service, quality and selection of various coffee products;
• To respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer
• To ensure the safety, sanitation and general maintenance of the Department meet with Company standards;
• To perform other duties as assigned.

  The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• 2-3 years experience in a retail coffee shop environment
• Proven customer service and marketing abilities as well as initiative;
• Knowledge of Coffee Bean products and Roasting procedures
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings and weekends;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail store experience would be an asset;
