Coordonnateur aux opérations (contrôleur WMS)
Sous la responsabilité du Gérant des opérations, le Coordonnateur aux opérations à comme responsabilité les activités reliées à son secteur. Il recherche et développe de nouvelles façons d'améliorer les performances de son secteur en tenant compte de la satisfaction des clients et des employés et de l'atteinte des objectifs corporatifs.
Poste permanent à temps partiel (24h à 40h semaine). Bienvenue aux étudiants disponible jours, soirs et fins de semaines.
RESPONSABLITÉS- Travailles-en étroite collaboration avec le superviseur des opérations afin de s’assurer de la bonne marche de la préparation de commandes sur la relève
- Déclenche le flot de travail d’assemblage pour les préposés clients en plus d’influencer le nombre de monte-charges pour effectuer les descentes de marchandises.
- Maintient l’intégrité des locations de préparations
- Entretient un lien direct avec le superviseur du chargement et les superviseurs des opérations.
- Distribue et contrôle l’utilisation des équipements WMS, nécessaire au quart de travail.
- Attitre les allées de chargement aux préparateurs de commandes.
- Lance une préparation supplémentaire finale afin de ramasser les produits qui étaient en crédits lors de la première vague de préparation (DQP).
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience pertinente ou toutes autres combinaisons d’expérience sera considéré
- Personne possédant un excellent esprit d’analyse, autonome, responsable, organisé
- Excellentes connaissances des systèmes informatiques
- Bonne connaissance des opérations en entrepôts
- Sens des communications
- DEC en technique administrative, un atout
- Connaissance du système WMS, un atout
- Bilingue français et anglais, un atout
Operations Coordinator (WMS Controller)
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for all activities related to his/her sector. He/she researches and develops new ways to improve the performance of his/her sector, taking into account customer and employee satisfaction and the achievement of corporate objectives.
Permanent part-time position (24h to 40h week). Students welcome. Available days, evenings and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in close collaboration with the Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of order picking on the shift.
- Trigger the assembly work flow for customer attendants, and influence the number of elevators used for merchandise drop-offs.
- Maintains the integrity of pick locations
- Maintains direct link with Loading Supervisor and Operations Supervisors.
- Distributes and controls the use of WMS equipment required for the shift.
- Attracts loading aisles to pickers.
- Launches a final extra preparation to pick up products that were on credit during the first preparation wave (DQP).
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience or any other combination of experience will be considered
-Excellent analytical skills, autonomous, responsible, organized
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems - Good knowledge of warehouse operations
- Good communication skills
- DEC in administrative technology, an asset
- Knowledge of WMS system, an asset
- Bilingual in French and English, an asset
