Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a General Service Employee - Cleaner. This role is crucial to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of following instructions, and committed to ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize designated areas such as bathrooms, Floor, Cooler ,frezzer and common areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using appropriate equipment. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures. Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of waste materials appropriately. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Follow established safety guidelines and procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Assist with setup and cleanup for special events or meetings as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Willingness to work early morning or evening shifts as needed.
  • Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Working Conditions:
  • This position involves regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and materials.
  • The role may require occasional lifting and moving of heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Flexible hours may be required to accommodate the needs of the facility.
