We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Manager to join and support the Fresh Pricing team. You will manage day-to-day pricing and develop innovative projects that will transform Loblaw's pricing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute retail pricing changes and other pricing maintenance duties across relevant Sales Banners and pricing zones in the SAP/SPO environment.

  • Managing banner strategies aligned with a value proposition consistent with our format and banner positioning.

  • Central point of contact for the Category Teams to monitor price competitiveness and gross margin at a category and item level, analyze and report on competitor price positions, and maintain and adjust category pricing rules in SPO.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise pricing information.

  • Closely work with the pricing analytics team to understand, measure, and refine competitive pricing responses in the market

  • Accountable for pricing operations and performance. Understand the pricing backend, data structure and technical processes and advise on the impact on pricing

  • Strong focus on SPO (Super Price Optimization Tool) adoption, building solid partnerships with Central Analytics/SPO Project Team to drive value

What you Bring:

  • Hands-on experience in retail, pricing, analytics, and strategy development

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills; committed to meeting deadlines and targets

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and time-manage to deliver across a variety of priorities

  • Retail Operations experience and knowledge of the LCL Enterprise

  • Experience with analytical tools like Python, SAS, Teradata, and Power-BI would be an asset.

  • Independent problem-solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulness

  • Comfortable with data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights.
