What you'll do:

• Assist the building and tracking of Sales, Margin and Other Income forecasts and budgets

• Maintain weekly and periodic reporting of financial performance and analyze results to identify emerging trends or opportunities

• Collaborate with category teams, business leads, and finance partners to identify opportunities to improve reporting and forecasting

• Prepare financial models and analyze results to enhance forecast accuracy for business units

• Consolidate large amounts of complex information into simple and easy to understand reports

• Perform deep dive analysis and work with business partners to resolve complex financial issues

• Perform variance analysis on P&L results and provide financial insights to the business leads

• Ad-hoc reporting and investigation of performance anomalies

• Liaise with other functional areas within the organization to co-ordinate cross-functional analyses and data accumulation

• Participate in special projects and tracking of strategic initiatives

• Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring:

• Minimum 1-3 years of Finance experience

• Ideal candidate would have (or be pursuing) an accounting/finance designation

• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as MicroStrategy

• SAP experience preferred

• SQL/SAS and Teradata experience is an asset
