Shift: 12 hour shifts, Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday with alternating Wednesdays (flexible to work nights)
What you'll do:
Review a Driver’s day and submit requests for any changes in the system that are required
Print all paperwork from JDA associated with routes where required
Data preparation for required reports
Contact vendor services for commercial invoices related to claims
File all paperwork and issue PO’s.
Input Vehicle out of service information into Transport Management System
Run driver scorecard and populate relevant reports
Enter dunnage debits
Manage supplies for office and drivers, including log books, seals, pre-trip sheets
Provide required information to analytics team
Update SharePoint sites with relevant information
File and keep the file updated for each piece of equipment regarding pre-trips and all maintenance invoices and work orders
Create required reports for cost efficiency and other KPI’s

What you bring:
Strong organization skills would be an asset
College Education preferred
1-2 years of related work experience (Transport/Supply Chain/Warehouse)
Excellent communication skills are an asset
Must have strong leadership skills
Must have the ability to multitask, make decisions and problem solve .
