Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Delivery & Development

The IAM Delivery & Development Senior Manager reports directly to the Director, IAM Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and helps establish the operational/tactical direction for our IAM programs, while working collaboratively to improve the team’s daily operations. In conjunction with the IAM leadership team, the Senior Manager develops and executes upon the approved plan for the implementation with goals of risk reduction, business enablement, operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and security and compliance.

The Senior Manager is the primary liaison between clients, and strategic partners to identify pain points and solutions to help realize customer outcomes and improve relationships.

What you will do:

  • Lead a team of dedicated security and IT professionals to deliver on time, on budget and with quality
  • Collaborate with application teams and subject matter experts across Loblaw to identify and document IAM-related business needs, including access needs and access profiles
  • Align team priorities and goals with regulatory, corporate, and system engineering priorities.
  • Identify, develop, and implement opportunities for system improvements.
  • Supports process improvements of end-to-end (E2E) processes and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide effective mentoring and guidance to team members.

What you bring:

  • Knowledge of, and practical experience with, industry leading solutions for both human and machine identity lifecycle management and privileged account management,
  • Deep understanding of existing business processes and the current technology platform
  • Ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment while guiding to team members for specific deliverables
  • Ability to communicate and work with multiple teams demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities
  • Professional experience with demonstrated experience in a complex IT environment
