Senior Manager Loyalty Operations, Brampton, ON

Reporting directly to the Director, Loyalty Program Management, you will play a critical role in the daily management and execution of the PC Optimum program, one of Canada’s largest and most loved loyalty programs.

The Senior Manager, Loyalty Operations is responsible for ensuring our store operations colleagues are armed with the necessary tools and resources to be champions of our loyalty program and help drive customer participation and engagement. Further to that, this role plays a critical role in facilitating offer execution by managing the assignment of digital offers to all digitally registered PC Optimum members.

The role will have significant exposure to cross-functional teams, working collaboratively on a day-to-day basis with Store Operations, Marketing, IT and Data teams to name a few.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop operational processes, strategies and initiatives to support the execution of our loyalty program, including preparing store level loyalty related communications and updates on actions and issues.
  • Develop and support execution of training programs for store colleagues on loyalty processes and benefits, including front end cashier expectations.
  • Guide divisional, banner and store level loyalty related KPI targets and monitoring, working with divisional teams on tactics to drive results.
  • Manage the offer execution process to ensure reliable delivery of personalized offers to PC Optimum members across Canada.
  • Responsible for the life-cycle management of an enterprise Loyalty Technology product, utilizing a strong product strategy and roadmap planning based on key business needs.
  • Define key measurements of the product’s performance and success criteria. Support tracking efforts and provide data/reporting for the analysis.

What you Bring:

  • University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a retail or Loyalty environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability of building compelling presentations
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and Outlook, with strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising systems and processes including Python, Teradata and Microstrategy is an asset.
