Your main Challenges

  • Learning all technical aspects of the retail software
  • Develop the ability to dive deep into technical issues
  • Developing abilities to understand clients’ issues and requests
  • Provide solutions to software integration issues with third parties (peripherals, payment devices and applications).

What You Bring with you

  • + 5 years of experience in customer service, technical and application support.
  • Proficient on troubleshooting peripheral devices, computers and software installation
  • Experience with retail and payment systems integration and devices
  • Good communication skills
