Your Mission:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in prospecting and acquiring new customers, highlighting the benefits of the software, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company prosperity.

Specifically, here's what you'll be doing:

  • Sales Development: Prospecting for new customers, presenting the benefits of the software at demonstrations and events, and negotiating sales according to established terms.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Plan and prepare meetings, create proposals, and document key information in the CRM.
  • Promotion and visibility: Promote the software at trade shows and explain its benefits to potential customers.
  • Strategic collaboration: Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal teams to optimize product development and meet sales goals.

The ideal profile:

  • Education and experience:
    • DEP in consulting sales or a related field (an asset);
    • Relevant experience with computer tools (an asset);
  • Technical skills:
    • Familiarity with the use of a CRM;
    • Ability to learn the Viridem product and the technological and functional aspects of the product;
    • Basic computer skills (proficiency in the Office suite);
  • Desired qualities :
    • Excellent written and verbal expression skills;
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively;
    • Ease of learning and adaptability;
    • Autonomy and rigor in task and time management;
    • Persuasiveness;
    • Good ability to process information;
