We are looking for a Storekeeper who stands out for his relational ability to negotiate and build relationships with our suppliers and customers in order to maximize the supply chain, reduce risk and obtain a strong competitive advantage.

As a Storekeeper, your main tasks will be:

Under the supervision of the Senior Technical Advisor, the Storekeeper will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the supply necessary for production;
  • See to back orders and the replenishment of equipment and supplies;
  • Examine purchase or inventory requests and ensure both their relevance and accuracy;
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records and price lists;
  • Follow up with suppliers as necessary
  • See to the reception and handling of purchases;
  • Perform inventory analysis, detect discrepancies and inaccuracies and make the necessary adjustments and corrections;
  • Provide the requested reports and properly inform management;
  • Participate in the objectives set by management;
  • Assume all other tasks related to purchasing, supply and inventory keeping.


Requested skills

  • Be aware of the importance of your role in the organization and the related financial issues;
  • Have mathematical skills combined with strong analytical and statistical skills in order to understand the issues related to supply and demand, have a passion for numbers;
  • Possess attention to detail to understand the business and the environment in which it operates and take it to the next level;
  • Be autonomous, efficient and professional;
  • Ease of managing their time well and carrying out several files at the same time
  • Have good listening and communication skills
  • Bilingualism with ease in communicating both orally and in writing; Mandarin would be an important asset
  • Computer skills: Acomba, Microsoft Office Suite would be an asset
  • AEC in Supply Management and/or Inventory Management
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset
