GENERAL FUNCTION

The Bilingual Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing various operational tasks and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain sales databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information
  • Maintain accuracy of product master data in internal systems
  • Draft commercial agreements and ensure necessary approvals are obtained and retained and recorded
  • Support Finance Manager in execution of internal strategies and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure key sales objectives are met
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assist the admin team in daily office tasks such as order processing, data entry, and filing.
  • Keep team informed of weekly KPI progress
  • Manage and support in the preparation of monthly presentations
  • Collaborate with leadership to examine strategic business objectives, assess current incentives, propose new designs, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Act as internal liaison to convey revised plans and strategies while providing tools and resources to the salesforce and set them up for success
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management, utilizing Excel and other analytical tools

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical college or CECEP level education in a relevant field such Business, Finance or Accounting or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any related discipline (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced user Excel and its integration into other Microsoft Suite applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Bilingualism: Communicate effectively in both English and French, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in sales operations and business administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with little to no supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Time management and the ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
  • Related experience in the Optical Industry (preferred)

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
