GENERAL FUNCTION

This is an entry level position. Your role is to help create the best and happiest Ops team by giving them the training and tools they need to succeed.

Reporting to the Training Supervisor, you start your day teaching, training, and coaching new Clearly employees, Temp and On Call employees on existing or new processes. You actively promote growth and enhancements, taking the lead in discovering innovative methods to educate and train our team members to excel in their roles. Your schedule will be Monday - Saturday 8am to 430pm.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct individual and group training sessions.
  • Support and mentor/coach employees.
  • Data Entry and analysis
  • Create initiatives for engagement and rewards systems.
  • Prepare training materials such as 1-page documents, Power Point Presentations, etc.
  • Conduct Evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training.
  • Conduct 360 feedback process.
  • Assist with other operational tasks - Inbound and Outbound duties.
  • SOP creation and maintenance for Operations processes.
  • Completing any additional tasks assigned by your manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other applications.
  • Ideal candidates understand effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in teaching and training.
  • The ideal candidate is self-driven and takes initiative for improvements.
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexibility is required for occasional evening shifts if training is needed for the night crew.

Pay Range: 28.03 - 37.81

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
