L'associé aux ventes sera chargé de fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, d'établir des relations solides avec les clients et d'atteindre les objectifs de vente définis. En tant qu'associé, vous devrez posséder une connaissance approfondie de nos produits, y compris les dernières tendances et styles, et vous devrez fournir des recommandations personnalisées à notre clientèle.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Atteindre et dépasser constamment les objectifs de ventes quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels grâce à la vente incitative et la vente croisée de produits.
  • Aider aux ajustements et réparations mineurs.
  • Maintenir un magasin propre, organisé et visuellement attrayant, tant dans l'aire de vente que dans l'arrière-boutique.
  • Comprendre et adhèrer à toutes les politiques et procédures de la marque.

QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE

  • 2+ années d’expérience dans un environnement de vente.
  • Doit être ponctuel et fiable. La ponctualité et la fiabilité sont essentielles.
  • Capacité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
  • Capacité démontrée à atteindre les objectifs de vente et à dépasser les attentes des clients.
  • Avoir un esprit d'équipe et pouvoir collaborer avec les autres, être flexible, solidaire, respectueux et ouvert aux commentaires.
  • Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever jusqu'à 25 livres.

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience dans l'utilisation d'un système de point de vente.
  • Expérience dans la vente de produits de luxe ou dans l'industrie de la lunetterie.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
