What We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team part-time. This role is primarily remote (work from home), with occasional visits to our Ste Agathe office for team meetings and coordination. If you are organized and enjoy working in collaboration, this role might be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all accounting tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and financial entries.
  • Prepare regular financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in tax preparation and filings as required.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that finances align with business objectives.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to resolve financial issues as needed.

Required Skills

  • A DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Perfect fluency in French and functional proficiency in English.
  • Proximity to Ste Agathe, QC, with the ability to visit our office a few times per month.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with financial software and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Schedule

  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (mornings).
