Industrial Civil Engineering Project Manager
We are looking for an Industrial Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects in the industrial sector. Under the supervision of the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing construction and rehabilitation projects for industrial infrastructures, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of industrial civil engineering projects, from design to completion.
• Budget and Schedule Monitoring: Control costs and deadlines while maintaining optimal quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical Analysis and Compliance: Ensure projects comply with current regulations, environmental standards, and client requirements.
• Work Supervision: Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and ensure worker safety.
• Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts, validate bids, and manage contract amendments.
• Report Writing: Produce progress reports, risk analyses, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required Profile:
• Degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing industrial civil engineering projects.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, standards, and industrial construction techniques.
• Experience with tender management and contracts.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong analytical, communication, and priority management skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (CNESST).
